The donut base is perfect. Fluffy, airy, and delicious. The glaze is not just a sticky mess like other competitors. It is perfection having dried to a light crisp texture as intended. Chocolate topping is deliciously flavored. My husband and I have noticed that a lot of places are using this really disgusting cheap chocolate topping that tastes like chemicals. Not here, it is amazing. Super super friendly work staff. read more

OMG YUM! We needed some donuts for our trip back home to Wisconsin. I spotted this place from the road and I am so glad we came in! Atmosphere? Adorable! Service? Excellent! Donuts?? DELICIOUS and AFFORDABLE!!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST BLUEBERRY CAKE DONUT IVE EVER HAD! We got 6 donuts and 2 Starbucks cold Frappuccinos for less than $10!! These donuts will make you rethink your life and how you have been missing out on the best tasting treat you have ever put in your mouth. Honest to god I have never tasted something more succulent then eating a fresh donut from The Donut Shoppe. We get up at 5:00 am just to get these when they are fresh out of the oven, and it is worth it every time. The Maple Donuts are insane, like mouth watering, slap your tastebuds in their face good. We easily go through a dozen just my wife and I. Seriously why are you still reading this? Either go there now, or set your alarm to get up tomorrow and go, you will not be disappointed. The only downside is once you eat one you will be hooked and you will wake up early just to get over there. Prices are phenomenal at just 7.00 a dozen. I just stopped by this morning. I was on the hunt for the best Maple Bacon Donut. I have been searching for one FOREVER! I found this place was down the street from Donuts, Tacos, and Kolaches. Sadly, they didn't have any. But luckily, The Donut Shoppe saved the day! I called ahead of time to make sure they had them. Sure enough, they did! I walked in and the very nice people that worked there were very sweet, respectful, and caring. They make sure to ask you what you want and make sure that you leave woth a smile on your face. I bought 2 "Macon" Donuts for $2 and some change. I was super excited! They are so soft, and moist! The donut melts in your mouth. Then the bacon is crispy! The maple glaze is phe-nom-me-nal!!!! I will definetly be back for more donuts! Next I would like to try the Cinnamon Crumb. Also, quick tip, call ahead of time to make sure they have certain donuts. I will forever love this place! I went here for the first time today and ordered half dozen donuts. I left a tip for $2 for their amazing service. Because I left a tip, I was given a bag full of donut holes! If that isn't great service, than I don't know what is. They have very fresh donuts that will make you very happy! Best, freshest donuts, kolaches and croissant sandwiches around! We have been coming here since they first opened and have no plan to change that. My husband comes with our daughter here every Saturday. I come too but prefer to sleep in some mornings. Haha The service and food is amazing. The establishment is always clean. I made the trek at 6 am in a torrential downpour across town. I passed 6 other shops to get there and it was worth it, 100%. They have freezer sections, fresh cuts, vacuum sealed items, I'd even go as far as saying that if you needed something off-menu, they might be able to hook you up. The folks behind the counter were very patient, and super efficient. We ended up leaving with two maple blueberry breakfast sausages, two decent sized New York Strip steaks, 2 girthy Who Dat Balls, 2 giant stuffed chicken breasts (one Italian, one 4 cheese), a dozen boudin stuffed tamales, and two thiccc vac-sealed brisket burgers. Even so, there so much more to go back for. Luckily this joint sits right along the route to family, and we will be back for more. They have an array of your usual meats, plus a plethora of exotic and wild meats, and accompaniments. Some of their items can come pre-seasoned or pre-rubbed. Parking is easy on a weekend, but could be tight during rush. They also have a customer service reward program, so get your stamp on. I'm practically a daily here, i come every morning that i can, right at opening. I wouldn't daily this place if it sucked. Everything is fresh and melts in your mouth. the donuts are arguably PERFECT. it's a DO-NUT. They should be soft in the center and this place absolutely nails it. Literally every day that I come here it's spot on and perfectly cooked. Don't even get me started on the small kolaches. Best breakfast food ever. I love yall!! read more

This is my go-to donut shop in the area. I've had the donuts, kolaches, and the croissants; all of them have been tasty. They're open from 5am-1pm daily and I stop in several times per week. The prices are wonderful and service is exceedingly friendly. read more
