I didn't have time for that because of work. I finally went in to see Dr Bethea. She did my PRP on my right shoulder and right knee (due to a fall) in 2016. I was pain free until I fell and tore my rotator cuff yet again. Again the Ortho Dr wanted to do surgery. I went back for PRP in June 2020. My right shoulder is pain free again. The " Drip Lounge" where the IV drips are administered have heated massage chairs and provides a "vibe"! There are blankets available and good music playing. It's for sure an experience. As someone who has had IVs and is a lifelong blood donor, I can for sure say that D did the BEST "stick" of my life. I literally didn't feel it. I opted for the Meyers Cocktail. It provides vitamins, electrolytes, and antioxidants. I felt a little bit of a pick-me-up about an hour after my appointment and into the next day.
