I can see how they were trying to do this, but once it gets crowed and packed in this small place, it will lose its vibe. The staff there all work for Playstation and they're really nice and have a great amount of knowledge on the Playstation Vita and they're all easy to talk to. They're even there to make sure your comfortable and will offer you a complimentary drink and snack. When you walk in and sign up for the club, they'll offer you a paper which acts as a menu and from there you can pick which Vita game you want to play first. The games offered there are Uncharted, Little Big Planet, Little Deviant, Reality Fighter, Wipeout, Mod Nation Racers, Sound Shapes, and Hot Shot Golf (which is the only game I did not see there). They also have Uncharted 3 and Wipeout set up for the Playstation 3 using their very own Playstation branded 3DTVs. The Wipeout setup is actually pretty cool because you're able to play the Vita version of Wipeout against the PS3 Wipeout. This place will be here until the end of February, you can also pre-order the Vita here. I was told by the staff that they have their own special pre-order bundle, which I'm not sure what it is yet. If you've been waiting to get your hands on the Playstation Vita, I say come here right now! I'm assuming they've picked so location instead of the other place in Market St. because they wanted to keep it's 'social' settings instead of the busy Market St. I'll definitely be coming back to that place if I'm around that area. After trying out the Vita, it made me want to sell my 3DS for one. I saying Playstation is doing a good job at promoting the Vita, allowing the public to try and test out the Vita before its out.

I'm so grateful to this organization for helping me establish a new life in a new city. I've met many of my friends through JLSF, and a lot of my positive moments in SF so far can be attributed to this wonderful organization. Junior League is a women's training, leadership, and community service-oriented organization. We partner with local community partners; and plan and execute fundraisers to help us engage in meaningful community work aligned with our mission and strategic vision. There's no age limit to joining Junior League - all women are welcome. It is an honor to be an active member of the League, and I think it's one of the best organizations women can be involved with. The trainings are applicable to my life in my career, other volunteer engagements, and as a middle-aged woman navigating life in general. I love JLSF!

JLSF partners with local nonprofits as community partners every year (providing financial assistance and volunteers) and also provides smaller grants for other nonprofits around the city. For the 2024-2025 year, JLSF is partnering with Florence Fang Community Farm, Compass Family Services, Maitri SF, and Magic Tooth Bus. Women who join JLSF do have to pay dues (and for the first 6 months, they have to pay an additional new member fee) but the value you get in joining an organization like this is the friends you make, the learning that comes with running or being on committees, and the personal and professional development you learn volunteering or attending workshops.

The 3pm coffee break is not bad. But pretty much after that it's downhill - the sales team promises a community but really it's a Coworking space with uncomfortable sitting for working and member predominantly prefer not to interact much from 9-4pm - cafe doesn't really need to try because they have a captive audience as no outside food is allowed. Food is okay unless you are unlucky like me and get myself and my friend food poisoning from their strawberry matcha latte $13.50 each. We got our refund but no word of apology. - cafe staff is more likely not to know how to process your member credit. More than 50% of the time using your member credit is an uncomfortable experience and they just like to blame another team for why they are not trained. - the space is closed or partially closed whenever they can get it rented. You don't have to be a member to go to the events. À la carte payments work. Some events are good. If you are looking for Coworking space and want ergo set up this is not the place. There is always something fun going on... While we were there in March we were able to attend a free comedy show... Standing room only. So sitting outside at one of the garden tables was a must. The food here is excellent in the dining room and outside. The service is also top-notch.... The art changes, but my favorite is downstairs in the basement! ".... And then they came." how can you not love that?! Even the bathrooms are fun in this establishment! It has that tucked-away, almost secret kind of charm, where everything from the lighting to the music makes you slow down a bit. It never felt stuffy though, just thoughtfully put together, like every detail had a purpose without trying too hard. Dinner ended up being one of those meals where you keep pausing mid-conversation just to appreciate what you are eating. The steak was cooked exactly how I wanted, tender with that perfect sear, and the sides were not an afterthought. Even something simple felt elevated, like it had been given extra care. We had a couple of cocktails that were just as memorable, balanced, a little bold, and honestly hard not to order again. What stayed with me most was the overall feeling of the night. It felt special without being over the top, like you found a place that knows exactly what it is doing and does it well. Walking out, I had that same thought I always chase when trying somewhere new, I cannot wait to come back.

Gorgeous, humongous, proper hot, and dare I say social sauna? Loved it. And the selection of hot teas? (Insert chefs kiss gesture). Perfect for a cool day, even better for a rainy one. And this is just the beginning. The expansion plans are impressive and well laid out on the website and in the inner entryway. Can't wait to go back. Met more likeminded and fun people in two hours here than over the last two months. What a pleasant and unpretentious take of social spa-going. PS: as photographed, also learned about karma. Although at times it was very crowded (I counted 18 people at one time, including me, while I was inside) I had a lovely time. The third outdoor shower to the right does not work, and I did notice hair/skin debris from heavy use of the cold plunge, more than I've seen at most places I've been to, but overall I had a positive experience. I think for the price the place could be kept in a better shape, and some of the experience leaves something to be desired, but it has valuable potential and is a good addition to the community.
