The staff was super friendly and there were a lot of them! Luckily, we got there at 10:15 before the crowd started to show, so we were able to pick our canvases, threads, and supplies without having to wait in line. By the time we left the line was probably at least 15 deep. This is clearly a growing community and I hope I like it! The store is spacious, well organized, and lots and lots of great product!

Krystal is an extremely rude individual. Today, I checked on a drop shipment. Krystal was, as…read moreusual, not very friendly. I finally asked do you not like me, and she said, "I never said I did" I was shocked and said excuse me, thinking that I misheard, and she said again, "I never did say I liked you," and I said are you kidding me? Did you say you didn't like me? She said, "I don't like anyone." At this point, I informed her that I wanted our drop shipment and that we would never do business with them again. I called and left a message for the manager while standing in their shop. I received a return call from the owner, Todd, about 10 minutes later, stating that she had a different story and was probably having a bad day. I asked the owner to please watch your video and the interaction. He continued to make excuses. I don't need anyone to like me, but as a customer, you should be pleasant at the very least.

Stay away!... Proof of logo looked great we bought our own shirts to have embroider. When we picked…read morethem up the logos where all over the place and different heights, one shirt had a hole in it that they tried to cover with more stitching. When the concern was brought to their attention zero remorse was shown that they ruined shirts. The asked us to pin the logo where we thought it should go leaving us to have to go buy all new shirts. When taking shirts back to have redone. The lady was extremely rude! We at that moment decided to take our business elsewhere. That's when she blurted out that we would have to pay a restocking fee for the one shirt I bought from her. We also were over charged the 89 design fee. Glad we found another location that is taking great care of us and is offering discounts for our misfortune with Embroid Me.
