Went in a few times for body jewelry and paid a premium for a pair of hoops, and a crappy barbell, then told that I can't buy 12 gauge plugs anywhere. When I said I'd seen them online, I was told they only buy from "reputable Amazon dealers", which is probably why the jewelry is overpriced. Found exactly what I needed on the interwebs, with less hassle. Sorry, but if you don't know that 12g plugs exist, you probably shouldn't be in the piercing business. *TBH the elder piercer/sister is far more knowlegable and very nice to work with, however she's not there regularly, so I'd recommend waiting until she is there or avoiding altogether. read more

I have gotten almost all of my tattoos and piercings here, they are an amazing staff so welcoming and they all are amazing. I have since moved from the area and I'll tell you the tattoo parlors around here are the absolute worst but this one is fantastic! read more

Went here for my second tattoo ever and came out disappointed. I can't speak for the entire store because the other employees seemed great but stay away from a big white guy named Luci. He royally fucked my tatt up. Big ugly scars everywhere, crooked as hell compared to how I wanted it and the stencil he made. On top of all that he was an hour late to his OWN appointment, spent another hour creating the stencil and still charged me for that time. I got robbed for two hours of my time and came out with a crappy tattoo. He even said he wouldn't charge me extra if he couldn't finish it that day because we started late and ended up telling me it would be an extra $200 to come back and finish after it was done, guy is nothing but a professional con artist. read more
