I left with 2 more items - and returning one again for an easy exchange... and again leaving with a separate item. The staff remembered me, my preferences, etc each time and were totally non-judgemental when something didn't work out. In all, one of my best experiences in an adult store ever - and this says a lot having lived in Vegas for over a decade.
