I like the concept that she is providing in healthcare. With an annual membership you get unlimited visits, 2 sets of labs and most medications at cost from the office dispensary for a set price with no surprise costs to be concerned about. This has made medical care affordable for me while enjoying the experience of no long waits and getting in quickly. Her assistant, Sharon, is a great asset in the office to schedule appointments, take your vitals and draw your labs. She's very personable and always smiling. Dr. Lavallee has been more than a physician to me. She's helped me get through some of the most difficult times life has presented me. It took over an hour and a half for me to get a simple TB test done. During the time I was seen…read more(total of 10 minutes) when being asked medical questions (are you depressed/do you take drugs/etc) I was told that I didn't look like it so the person asking the question responded for me for various questions. While people were friendly, they don't respect your time and I didn't find it professional at all. I even asked where they went after I was sitting waiting for 30+ just to be told "just a minute". To add to this, I was told I didn't need to make an appointment to get my a TB test checked at the front desk. This seemed suspicious to me, so I called the following day and the woman on the phone said "I think TB tests need three days". To which I had to inform her that you need to be seen 48 hours after, or else the test isn't valid. Then she went on to explain that I did in fact need an appointment to have it checked, and it had to be done at the exact same time it was given. When I told her other staff had told me just to come in, without an appointment at anytime following 2 days, she told me she needed to go check her information. How does someone working at a medical center not know how long a TB test takes and has to verify information on making appointments because they're not sure? Even the PA wasn't sure how to use the computer or print the information I needed when I was there. When I arrived to get my TB shot checked (which I was told needed to be done at the EXACT time it was taken) I waited for 30+ minutes even after explaining that I have to call someone in to cover my classes with students. I would've scheduled at another time if I wasn't told it had to be at 9:30 again or it was invalid. Yet I'm missing work and sitting here trying to get back to my students to do a test that apparently is now invalid by their standards because I had to wait so long. Extremely unprofessional.

I currently was diagnosed with endometriosis, fibromyalgia, and I also have Type 1 Diabetes and a hormonal imbalance. Before seeing Gabriella I was having pain in my breasts (pretty bad), terrible neck and shoulder pain, horrible cramps, acne, anxiety, and fatigue. I just felt down all of the time and not like myself. I have had about 7 sessions with her so far and SO much has changed since I started my journey!! It's hard to explain, but my overall energy I can tell has shifted; I don't have nearly as much pain anywhere on my body, my acne has gone down significantly, I have less painful cramps on a daily basis, my mood has been better, my blood sugar has been more stabilized, and I look forward to my weekly sessions every week! Bradley's PA's, problem is, they couldn't reflect on my past visits, why ? Heard this Dr. was great and a diamond in the rough. Sad to say, but, no one would ever know that b/c you NEVER get to see him and A does know what B is doing and C does not know what F is doing... all of Dr. Bradley's hands & feet. The front office staff needs medical background training, and the nurses.... need to learn how to use a phone ! You call and leave a message on their voicemail and you never hear back from them, with the exception of Skylar & Brittany, what little they are assigned to doing this task. The days that these two are on duty(sadly, not enough !) you will be called back the same day. There are many nurses for this dr, but, the only two that care about you are the ones that are named above. The other Dr that I had several visits with, Dr. Halpern(Halpren?)she is the sweetest,most caring and compassionate dr that I have ever seen. Also, she does exactly what she says that she will do. Example, refer you to a specialist, have the staff call you the next morning to set up a virtual visit with you to check in you the next day after you speak with her. She's very humble,sincere,and listens w/o rushing you. Apparently, others have been tossed to her as well( she is new here), building her pt clientele, b/c just like Dr. Bradley, you can't get in to be seen when you need to be seen ! For a regular or sick visit ! Hubby and I called the office, direct exposure to covid, were showing symptoms of covid( me, nausea). While we waited on our test results, my symptoms, Dr. Halpern called in some nausea medicine , the next day, horrific diarrhea w/o any relief from over the counter medication. Called the dr's office, front desk( not nurse)called me back and told me that Joe Liebsack( Bradley's PA) said for me to go to the ER. Yet, in the beginning he told us to isolate and rest & hydrate until our results came back. He would not call me in anything for diarrhea and suggested that I go to the ER to expose everyone to covid !? Hmmm, something to consider ! Just saying.
