I wish I could rate the Endoscopy Center and its staff higher than 5 stars. I had two procedures yesterday, and every staff member I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. It was very clear that they all enjoyed working with each other, which made the atmosphere light and welcoming. Though Dr. Anand had not met me before, I felt like she cared about my case. She visited before and after the procedures and patiently answered all of my questions. Everything went smoothly and quickly from the time I stepped into the clinic (which is a wonderful facility). If you're having a procedure done, be sure to sign up for their text messages. I received reminders and check-in texts during the five days of pre-procedure diet and during the prep the day before/morning of. The reminders/instructions were very helpful, and it was nice to know that the staff was a phone call away if I needed anything or had any questions. read more

On multiple levels COMMUNICATIONS with this center have been EXTREMELY TERRIBLE they DO NOT call you back when they say they will. This is when I'm offering to pay my bill in full. I've been lied to about insurance. There employees don't even know who to send you to in there office for the higher ups to get the correct information. I had 2 other employees one a doctor mentioned how many times communication has been a problem and concern and they hear it from there patients frequently. I drove 4 hours to find out my apt. Had been canceled and they could not fit me in with other doctor that day just for a quick fallow up after my throat scope. I would NOT GO HERE IF COMMUNICATION IS IMPORTANT TO YOU!!! My results took 3 WEEKS to get to my doctor. The list goes on...... read more
