They said they could do it and assured me it would be colorful and full, with plenty of roses. My brother sent me a picture of the arrangement and it's so far from the Sweet Tranquility I ordered. It's predominantly white, with only two roses showing in the picture ( so 4 total roses- which they admitted while I was giving them my feedback). When I ordered it, I said that maybe a ribbon or bow would be good. Turns out they put a yellow and white polkadot bow in it. Are you kidding??? Not at all the look I wanted. My brother and family got a bunch of white flowers I could get at a grocery store for $10. -$15. - with a comical bow. I got no acknowledgment when I called Scott's - just justification that they are well established ( ie they know what they are doing) and there were lots of different flowers in the arrangement. But no color!!!! and $80 for 4 roses!!!! - Total rip off. If it were my business, I would at least make a quick call or text me saying they are adding a yellow and white polka dot bow. I would have said "No" . Their total disregard for my feedback and their defensiveness leaves me with one of the worst consumer experiences I've ever had.
