This shop has a good selection of hats for men and women and facinators as well! But it is expensive, around €80-135 per hat!

    Fjällräven - Kanken backpack display

Dare I say it? Fjallraven is actually more expensive in Europe?!…read more I came to this flagship store knowing that since technically it's Scandinavian it might be a little bit more expensive than if I were to go to the home country. However, since it's their flagship store I honestly thought that the prices would be great. For the ever popular Kanken backpack expect to pay 89,50€ when the same model is only $80 at Nordstrom in America. If you're looking to save money, this is not the place for you. Besides, the VAT is so low that you may not even qualify unless you bought several other items. Once that's all said and done, the brand is known for their durability for outdoor gear and apparel. So if you love camping or anything remotely athletic then I would highly recommend coming here. It may not be the cheapest, but you're definitely paying for quality.

I've been ordering from this company that charges top dollar for all their products, outdoor…read moreclothing, backpacks, pants and accessories, and lately upset with their quality and where it's made. From their origins in the Netherlands, now outsourcing to China, Portugal, etc. I've ordered pants, shirts, jackets hats, and all are inconsistent on fit and quality. Shirts are expensive, the one I just bought $160, two others at $125, pants starting at $145 and it goes up. I won't be ordering any longer since I can buy other outdoor brands that are half or three quarters of the price. I'm upset that I let myself get caught up on their name, but they are no longer the same as they use too be. Don't buy there are other alternatives for better prices such as Woolrich, Patagonia and filson being the higher priced, just as great if not better.

The New Label Project is the type of store you subconsciously end up taking time to slowly walk…read morearound and look at every display, oohing, aaahing, and trying things on. The project aims to promote up and coming designers, both local and international. You'll find iphone and ipad holders made out of bamboo, super cute one of a kind necklaces, hats, beauty products from japan, designers that can turn your favorite book cover into a clutch, more necklaces all of different kinds, aprons, cute wallets, etc. Its the perfect place to find that unique accessory that you can't picture in your head but when you see it you say, 'ah, that's IT!' It is also a great place to pick up gifts for a special friend. I just bought some xmas gifts here. The woman who runs this shop is super sweet, helpful, creative. This store has an excellent mix of funky/practical, whimsical/strong. Since at any given time there are probably at least 20 designers' collections for offer here (perhaps more) with a very wide range, I think you really get much more here than just in a normal shop. I like the idea to promote young and up and coming designers, too. Prices aren't cheap (but they also aren't 'expensive' ). You pay for what you get. And here, you get unqiue, quality goods, from designers before they hit the mainstream. Check this place out. But don't say I didn't warn you! (You will probably buy something :)
