We feel the medical side did do a good job, no complaints about the doctor but the cost was way out of line. Ask first how much all will cost. Mandy is a great doctor, but the front office staff got my husband's contacts incorrect three different times! They also "forgot" to mention that they didn't take my insurance when I came in for a five minute check on my bloodshot eye. When I called in to talk about the bill the office manager, Misti then threatened to turn my bill over to county clerk the day I got it in the mail! She was very rude and condescending over the phone. Very unprofessional and poorly trained. Will NEVER return. Since then I have had over 15 other people with complaints about office staff and office manager. Not a one time/one person issue.
