5 stars for exceptional, customer service and gorgeous results! I've booked with Mona twice now. The first time was for a full-set, Volume pair and the second was for a Volume-fill. I think it's really important to share that after my first set, my left eye remained red for a couple days. I texted Mona my concerns the morning after my appointment and Mona immediately texted me back with her professional advice. For the next few days, Mona continued to text me asking for updates and pictures while she was on vacation in Florida with her family! She initiated the text every morning to check-up on me until my eye was not red anymore. BTW, the redness I was experiencing was NOT painful and it did not carry into my right eye. I do have generally sensitive eyes, as well as allergies. Mona communicated to me that we would try a different set of pads (the ones that adhere under your eyes) for my fill. I did not experience any redness at all the second time around. Mona is not only a professional, she is truly talented. I don't have naturally full lashes, they're straight and short. I've had my lashes done 3 times prior to meeting Mona from all different lash artists, and Mona was able to give me the most voluminous, longest-lasting results!! I'm roughly 4 weeks out from my last fill and it looks like I booked a Classic full-set. I am not always the easiest client to please...and I can honestly say that I was 100% satisfied. Just had my eyebrows micro-bladed at The Face Boutique. It's almost been a week now, so I am able to see them after the peeling that occurs afterwards and they look absolutely lovely! They look natural and the color of them is fantastic. Mona had a gentle touch and asked how I was doing thee entire way through the procedure. She's very professional and used a crafty tool to measure out my eyebrows(where do the begin? Where's the arch suppose to be? Where do they end?) and drew an outline on them to show me a sneak peak of what my shape would look like before she began the service. This allowed me to give feedback before beginning. In fact, I ended up wanting a slimmer look and she was able to alter the outline easily. I felt so comfortable seeing the outline first and knowing what direction we were heading. They looked amazing right after and even through the healing process they looked great! They are much darker at first than after they peel, but I knew that going in so it was no big deal for me. I have never had good brows. I have always wanted beautiful brows but the only way I could have them was by taking time to not only fill them in but completely reshape them. I had looked into microblading as soon as I started filling in my brows on a regular basis because filling them in got tiring. I had looked around for a reputable makeup aritsit to do this and Mona had amazing reviews. When she did mine she went above and beyond to find the perfect shape and color. I wish I would have found the Face Boutique sooner! I have been a happy customer of Mona's for the last 2 months while receiving microblading and lash extension services. I was nervous about getting my brows microbladed, but Mona made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process with multiple applications of numbing cream and a nice cozy blanket. My brows are completely healed after 2 appointments and I am so happy with the results! You can tell Mona is a perfectionist! I had Mona do a full set of volume lashes on me and it was an awesome experience. I have had lashes in the past but Novalash, by far, is the best brand I've had used on me. It's waterproof and oil proof, as opposed to having to wait 24 hours to get them wet like other brands or having to buy special makeup that's not oil based. The lashes are soft, feathery, full, and still have a natural look. They don't feel heavy, I don't even feel that they're there. Best part is that I look done up without even trying! I went in for a consultation and she was extremely professional and put my fears at ease. I've waited to put in my review until I had a chance to have my lashes for a bit. Mona uses Nova Lash and she is one of a few that use them in our area. I did my research looked at reviews and finally decided to go in 3 weeks ago. Mona was great and I loved what she did. My eyes didn't sting from the glue at all..and they have held up really well and still look good! In fact almost 3 weeks and I just got complemented on them this weekend. I just turned 60 , still in the workforce and was tired of doing my eyebrows everyday . Horrible with shaping and they made me look tired .
