I got the brisket plate not bad, but expected more than 4 paper thin slices of brisket and let me be clear money for the food I got not what I expected. The money is not the issue , but the family had sandwiches, and I left thinking wow what a disappointment. I have had lots of brisket and it was never like what I was served. So not sure if I would recommend this unless you just want a little snack. I grew up in Madisonville and try to shop and do stuff here, but next time will make the trip to Owensboro.

Baked beans and accompanying potato salad were both solid. The brisket is served sauced which I found delicious but FYI for those customers looking for a more natural flavor, you'll have to request they hold the sauce.
