There is on street parking which is easy enough to find a spot. The Park House has many rooms for in door and a large out door area as well as footpath dining. It is walk up and be seated - your choice of space and table. The service has been exceptional - always polite and positive. Once seated the menus are provided- the range of food choices is more extensive than than you would think, with a some vegan and gluten free options. My daughter went for the squid salad, BLT for my other half both good quality and good country serves. Left room for desert - GF chocolate cake ticked all the boxes Prices are reasonable. The turkish was stale and not toasted at all, toasting would have gotten rid of the stale taste. The chorizo, about 8 very thin slices, was overcooked, so hard and dry, and not worth the added cost. The coffee on the other hand was delightful, weak and extra hot as ordered. Added extra for coffee lovers, refills (regular size" coffees are only $2 . Will come back to try the other extensive menu items, but wouldn't have the Avocado again.
