My brand new car was hit while parked by a city bus. Took my car to finishing touch to be repaired. Repair took 3 weeks and the car was given back. None of the safety sensors were working and I am now forced to bring the car in again and get another rental. FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!! I continue to rack up hours of lost wages and still do not have a working, brand new car. I will never again go here to get repairs. I should have listened to all the other bad reviews and driven farther for good work. read more

These folks have been great each time I had a car that needed auto body work. They are the preferred shop with my insurance company and I can see why. They worked with rental car companies to make it easier for me with pick up and drop off, and helped with me to bargain with an insurance estimator that was trying to duck out of a complete repair. On top of that the car looked terrific when they did their magic. They provided excellent service across the board and the staff were all friendly and helpful. read more

I was surprised by the level of customer service these guys offer. Right from the start they washed my car to really see all of the damage and then right to the end they stayed on top of and even anticipated what I would want and called me with updates, AND took care of all of the insurance?
