Arrived on time, eagerly greeted and seated nice and quick. As it's a BYO restaurant, we were promptly poured our wine and the bottles set in wine coolers which is a nice change seeing as some restaurants take forever to even recognise you've brought wine. We took our time deciding what we wanted but when we were ready they were also ready to take the order straight away. Entrees came fairly fast and were tasty as expected. Mains took a little longer than i expected but not so long as to have to ask where they were. Mains were also tasty, but still, something i could get from just about any chinese restaurant. Service was good, food was good, price was reasonable. I was happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this place for some nice food with a nice quiet atmosphere without being too overly priced :)

Recently someone who had been to Oz Thai at Palm Beach recommended it to us as their go-to restaurant on their way home so we gave it a try...and we're so glad we did. We ordered ahead of their 5 p.m. opening time, with a Yellow Chicken Curry and a Massaman Beef Curry for pick-up, along with Fish Cakes, and the dishes were simply outstanding. A great team in a small kitchen is cranking out some of the best Thai food this side of Bangkok, with an attention to detail of sauces, ingredients and more, and we commented that we had never experienced anything like this before on the Gold Coast when it came to Thai food.
