I have several aspects that I have to emphasize: - the apartments do not look like in pictures, they are not decorated at all (you do not have cutlery, pillows, sheets, lamp, paintings etc.) there you only have the necessities: bed, wardrobe, kitchen, table, etc. -when you will move out they will take money from your deposit on small things (eg: they will find dust under the bed, the lamp in the bathroom does not work anymore -it's their duty to change it - , the stove is used quite hard, in the conditions in which you will receive it exactly like that) they took 160 euros from my depozit for all these little things. -When I got there, I was told that the rent was paid for that month, and the next month I was told that I was given incorrect information and that I had exceeded the rent due date and that I should pay the fine (20 Euros) They didn't want to understand my point of view that they were wrong, so I had to pay. -When we arrived the room was not cleaned, so we had to wait an hour for the office gentleman to clean it ! -This student dorm basically makes you pay a lot of fines for nothing. Totally overpriced and overrated! The elevators are constantly out of order. Often the floors are covered with vomit, which is not cleaned up by the staff.
