Our salesperson, Steve, was great. No pressure, but there for all our questions. We wound up getting a sectional and a recliner, and it's the best furniture we've ever had. After I took the plastic off, which had holes in it, I realized that the mattress ticking hung down like an old fat man's belly. It hung down below the base of the mattress. When I tried to move the mattress, the fabric and the contents of the mattress moved in waves like an ocean. Clearly, this was an old mattress. I was very devastated because I really liked the Salesperson Monica. I don't think she knew that the mattress was defective. I had no place to store it so it had to be removed. Unfortunately, as everywhere else in the world, we had had 105° weather for weeks. So we put the mattress in the back of the truck, and the shop was 20 minutes away, but after 3 miles, a rain cloud came from nowhere and because of the holes in the mattress it was soaked. I had saved for that mattress since December 2025. It was August 2026, . and I asked for a very stiff mattress. But instead, I got a mess of a mattress and then it got wet and now I'm out the money and the mattress. I don't know. Who's at fault here. Injustice is just that. But I do believe that Denver mattress can afford the loss, and they also have insurance to protect themselves with it And I don't.

Things are pretty from far, but when you look close - it is really cheap stuff. I saw a candlestick that looked like it was spray painted or something and it was over $20. Nothing made in USA. Not one person working or shopping there has on a mask in the middle of a pandemic. They are not even pretending to protect people. Meanwhile, Costco next door protects their workers and shoppers by requiring masks and selling quality products. The difference is stark.
