They had a side for plus size and smaller sizes, both sides had very trendy and stylish clothes. They had very reasonable prices, I nabbed a multicolored dress for $17! The prices were steep, but they were running some sort of "buy one get one for x" sale. I hate that, what if I only want to buy just one?! That was the case actually. So, after searching around looking for a second shirt, I finally put the one shirt back and left empty handed. And what's with all of the short shirts?! I asked how was I supposed to know how much each item was - like is it 40% off lowest ticketed or something? Because some prices were $15 and some were $35 on the tag. The associate was super rude and said well it's all just $11.99 - the only things that might be less are the accessories on that wall. So it was confusing because why would both a $35 item and a $15 get different percent off. Anyway I tried on a couple tops and the dressing room door wouldn't even close. It was dirty in the dressing room. Overall I would not recommend. They need to make their pricing and sale terms more clear for shoppers - if something was UNDER I may have been interested in a few items but how would I know the true cost without scanning everything to be certain? And the associate said it had "under" on the sign because if someone got something and it rang up less that the customer wouldn't be mad. That doesn't even make sense. Their prices are so high that the sale just brings them down to normal prices. I was looking at a headband and some other accessories and 11.99 just felt like a normal price not like a sale.

You can find similar clothes at several other boutiques nearby with better return policies. As a follow up, the owners reply states that I was trying to return an item more than a month after purchase which is not true. It was purchased on May 18, 20 days ago. I did not speak to the owner and informed the employee whom I spoke to that it had been purchased within the past 30 days and that I had the receipt and was open to a store credit, which they were not willing to offer. I live about 40 minutes from the store so it's not easy to get back to do a return in 10 days. However, I have been a customer for many years. I don't shop there all the time, two or three times a year for special occasions . I had hoped this locally owned boutique would be flexible with their local repeat customers. Live and learn.
