My entire family loves this locally owned store! Sandy is awesome. They have a huge selection of shoes, socks, boots, sandals for every need. So many times I'm not sure exactly what I want and they have helped me find that perfect shoe. I won't wear a pair of shoes that don't have the inserts they sell at Foot Lodge. This is a shoe store for quality footwear not trendy styles or current fashion. I needed a new pair for work since I'm on my feet all day & had been living in sketchers. I figured id actually finally invest in a quality pair of shoes. The staff here is extremely helpful!! They took the time to examine the wear pattern on my old work shoes & fit me for a shoe that would help my issues. I thought the shoes were reasonably priced considering the brands & quality. I even had a 10% off coupon that they offered. I was extremely happy with my visit & would recommend anyone that is looking for quality shoes go there. read more

I was recommended to the Foot Lodge by my Dr, she must of had a different experience then me! My husband and I went in today because I have foot pain with arthritis and heel spurs. They were very busy, which is fine, we waited and looked around, and an older gentleman waited on us, I'm assuming it's the owner's husband, he was nice, but you could tell he knows nothing about the shoes as he had me try on a very uncomfortable shoe which caused me more pain. She finally helped me, for 1 minute, didn't listen to my reasons for coming in, and proceeded to push me back on her husband to help and said she'd be right back. Ok fine I can wait, we'll she then proceeded to have a talk with one of her employees which I overheard and it was about the dress code at work, which could of waited till she was done helping customers! She then proceeded to never come back over and help me! I had heard such good things about them, but my experience was not good. I left in tears of frustration cause I needed help with finding a comfortable shoe. We went to another local place and had a wonderful service, I'll never go back to the Foot Lodge. I get that they were busy, but she totally forgot about me and just tried to pawn me off on her husband who was fine but not knowledgeable about their product. read more

Incredibly disappointed with my one and only experience with the store. Ordered and paid for a pair of shoes and was told they would arrive in about a week. After a week I called to check status only to find out there was an issue. Not sure when they were going to inform me there was a problem. Sandy was very condescending and shifted all blame to the fact that when ordering she wasn't aware of my vacation plans and need for the shoes in three weeks time. When told the order will arrive in a week why should the customer need to disclose vacation plans three weeks from now? Went to the store for refund and Sandy was just as rude in person. As the owner you would expect more professionalism and some sense of responsibility. read more

I had the most unprofessional experience with the person Sandy who I was told the owner of foot lodge.I was given the most used and disgusting pair of ecco to try on when I asked her that if she had a new pair to buy I was told by her that these are the same shoes you tried on last week when you came that's why they look like this after going back and forth she brought me 2 pair which had color defects in them and when i pointed that out.I was advised by her that I should forget about these shoes. I sincerely think she offered everyone 10% discount because her shoes are rejects and has defects in them. I will never recommend anyone to shop there.The worse customers service. read more
