But I was introduced to Dr. Shelby and after careful consideration and thought reached out and gave them a chance. I am soo glad I did. Not only were they very easy to get set up with (getting my insurance information, appointment date, etc.) They have an amazing notification system that gave me reminders and scheduling, as well as allowed me to turn in my patient info ahead of time. Once I got there, getting X Rays was a snap and the dental technician was scaling my teeth with no pain almost instantly. Dr. Shelby came in and gave me a run down of things we needed to schedule and things we were going to keep an eye on and she was ON TIME and I was in and out in a little over an hour.
