When the customer asks which other stores in the area are comparable don't state that nobody else is in the same category - it is transparently disingenuous. 3. Don't point out that your store is about to close when I begin asking about mechanics of purchasing, ie. incentives for accepting store financing, delivery timeline, etc. 4. You probably shouldn't ask the customers to restore displays to their original condition after checking how they operate.
