The floor is also carpeted which is an interesting choice for a jacuzzi area. The chairs are also very old. Either way, they should figure that system out. It has all the needs with vending and ice machines, a gym, swimming pool and spa pool. The parking is large and easy to maneuver around. You could literally lay on the floor a peek under the door right into the room, we had to put towels on the floor. The bathroom door is so messed up that it repeatedly cracks loudly and sounds like it may bust off the hinges every time we opened/closed it. Also the walls are thin, can hear people walking upstairs, and the people next door.....so if you swing an episode, just know your neighbors will hear everything.
