I second the comment that points out that all the positive reviews here are fake. The technicians that are sent by this company are totally unprofessional and rude! During my interaction with a technician, he was incredibly vulgar, constantly and unnecessarily swearing, which is far from professional. The technician at one point used his spit to clean something off a garage door, and did not do a satisfactory job - installing a garage door that was defective and leaving the rubber edging exposed which prevented the garage door from closing properly. This company makes false promises as well - it was agreed upon that the technician would pick my old garage doors up on his way out for disposal. When I let the technician know this, he quickly disagreed and became hostile. I immediately called the owner, and it took the owner explaining our prior agreement for the technician to finally oblige. However, I was still stuck with the issue that the rubber edging was exposed! I called the owner multiple times days after about this issue - he continually left my calls and texts unanswered. Upon calling him with a different phone number, he explained to me that "I didn't need to call him with a different number", and that he'd definitely send a technician in the coming days. THIS WAS A TOTAL LIE - he ended up ghosting me, and I had to have the issue fixed by somebody else. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THESE GUYS - unprofessional, rude people who don't have decency and integrity! read more
