I…read morebooked a room for a colleague who made the mistake (at 9:35am on the day she needed to check out) of asking when the check out time is. The owner became aggressive and yelled at her for not remembering the "conditions" which includes check out at 10am. No problem, said my colleague, and was out of her room by 10am, but as she was packing things were slammed outside her door and the owner yelled through the door at how "unverschämt und bescheuert" guests were who insisted on checking out at the last minute as she couldn't start with the laundry. More yelling ensued as my colleague had to wait 22 minutes (until 10:22) for me to arrive to pay for the room, and she bodily blocked my colleague from waiting outside as to not be yelled at, claiming that she believed she would leave without paying. I have never heard of or had such horrible service in the capacity of being a "guest" at any hospitality/tourism place.
