Who keeps receipts after a year? I'm very disappointed that a doctor's office is coming after patients with charges that are almost impossible to argue after a year. If I had been contacted within weeks or months, I would understand, but a year! That is too much. Today, I had to pay them because they were going to send to collection for a copay!
