My dog required a medication that had to be compounded, unfortunately for me, Ranier's Pharmacy is…read morethe only local compounding pharmacy. I had the prescription filled there 4 times. At first, it seemed to be alright, but their customer service is less than adequate. One would think someone speaking to a customer regarding their order would be pleasant and helpful. Far from it with Ranier's. The staff is rude and very short when speaking with you on the phone. I work in the medical field, and I am very aware that establishments want paid prior to dispensing orders. When I ask for the medicine to be delivered same day, one would think the response would be something along the lines of, "Sure, what address would you like it delivered to." Not with Ranier's, it was, "How do you plan on paying for this because we cannot deliver without payment." I paid via credit card and ask them to keep the card on file and had it delivered to my place of work. The next time I requested it be filled, the same situation, however I had to again provide my card even though they had it on file. I also had to ask where it would be delivered because they neglected to tell me where they planned on delivering. When I ask where they were delivering, it was to my parents address somehow. The last time I had it filled the woman I spoke with ask if I wanted to pay with the card on file. I said yes, and she verified my card. The medication was delivered and I thought that was the end of it. Not a chance, the delivery gentleman called me later that evening and ask if I could send a payment as he was to collect on delivery and forgot. I informed him I would once I verified my card wasn't charged. The delivery gentleman showed up at my house today and demanded payment, further explaining if I didn't provide a payment Ranier's was taking it out of his paycheck. Really? I am pretty sure one cannot do that. Is Ranier's that far behind in the times that they don't send an invoice for an unpaid balance? They would rather waste the time and money to send the delivery person back to my house which is in Mt. Pleasant to obtain payment? What a joke. The whole establishment seems to be haphazardly ran. They are either understaffed, or hire anyone willing to work. That will be the last time I deal with Ranier's. Thank god my veterinarian was able to order my dogs medication through a mail order pharmacy as they too have had issues with Ranier's.

4.5 stars. Ross Dress for Less is an off-price discount-store chain that sells clothing and shoes…read morefor adults and children, accessories such as handbags, home goods such as kitchenware and rugs, beauty and hygiene products, some pet supplies, and much more. This particular Ross is in the Greengate Centre shopping center. I occasionally shop at Ross to search their racks and shelves for bargains. During my visit here, I looked throughout the store but especially in the women's clothing and home goods. The shelves and racks appeared to be fully stocked and organized. The prices were reasonable. For example, I saw a pack of several pairs of Calvin Klein underwear for $22, a Henckels ceramic pan for about $25, a 6-pack of Skechers socks for several dollars, a nice sundress for $18, and a Michael Kors purse for $63. Those bargains were tough to pass up (I am still thinking about them!), but I did buy a cellphone cord and a dog toy. The cashier rang up my purchase properly.

I was actually surprised that this Ross does not look like others. By that I mean that there is…read moreactual product in here that you can look through. The store doesn't look half empty and they didn't do that thing where they rearranged everything in the store making it confusing to find things. I came in today looking for a few items and really didn't find anything to my liking. I browsed all the racks that I could to find some clothes and it's always hit or miss because you can't always find what you want when you want it here. The employees seemed rather happy to be working and helpful when they can can be. I find it odd that they have now moved the fitting rooms to the front of the store and there is no one really there to man them now. So if you are alright with waiting a bit then you can definitely spend some time in here.
