Everything costs you extra. If you want your kid to make a craft, it costs extra. By the end of I was paying so much for crafts and extra activities so that my kiddo wouldn't' feel left out or bored. They charge a RIDICLIOUS about for "summer camp". So, on top of your weekly child care costs, craft costs, you also have to pay an additional $300-$400 at the beginning of summer. The "summer camp" activities are nothing special and the kids don't get out in the community at all, everything is held within the school. There are many centers in the area that are offering "camps" without additional fees on top of your weekly child care costs. When I left, weekly rate for a pre-k 4 classroom was $338 a week, plus the cost of phonics or craft activities.

His teachers, Miss Deanna & Miss Michelle, are incredibly gifted educators. Lincoln isn't even two and not only knows his entire alphabet but also comes home every day with something new he's learned! My husband and I are so impressed with the staff, even the teachers in the other rooms know our son by name. Dana, the current acting director, is outstanding. She knows all the parents, kids, and is so helpful whenever we have questions about anything. Its so much easier leaving our son knowing he is in such good hands!

Given the limitations in the industry, we have felt very fortunate for our daughter to have been placed with some of the finest Pre-K teachers we have encountered. Communication is consistent, clear and helpful to maintaining our daily routine with our child. The facility is top notch, spotless, and extremely inviting and comforting. Parent-teacher conferences were offered early in the year and proved valuable in translating the progress our daughter has made. The staff was attentive, willing, and more than able to answer all of the questions we had prepared. I would recommend this location to anyone considering a trusted, private daycare/Pre-K solution in the area.

Emails at 9:02 pm to inform that our child can't come to daycare that late at night because employees can't come to work as their homes lost power from a storm. Told our child can't come because they don't have enough staff. Told our son can't come because someone had Covid. But don't worry, all these times our child can't go they still want their 1,654 dollars. The dismiss what you say and have every excuse in the world. Our child is over fed and has a big vomit with no fever twice and we have to go pick him up. Yet the rest of the day there was still no fever and no "vomiting". Then they act like their pediatricians and know better and know our child better than we do. Miss Lauren is the only bright spot there. Our child comes home smelling like a French whore due to the large amount of perfume work by staff that they should know is an irritant for children that young. They are just pompous, arrogant, fake, superficial people who feel they're better than everyone else. It's a shame as the facility is clean and well kept. But it's ridiculous that they keep having Covid issues and staff issues they prevent us from going to work to make money, yet we better pay them their money. I would give negative stars if I could. If money is disposable and you really don't need daycare, then this is the place. If you need to count on them because you work, then look somewhere else. The new facility our child will be at is much cheaper, doesn't have the staff issues, nor do they have the Covid issues either that primrose has. We babe been told by so many people how happy our child is and they love him. Last week the fill in for Miss Lauren says our child only smiles when we come pick him up when he always smiles for Miss Lauren. Who says that? Maybe if he isn't smiling you should look at yourself. I could go on for day, but they're not worth it and if anyone reads this, you get the point.

The communication with the center is EXCELLENT, which is so important when trusting someone else with the care of your kids. We've been here since last May so I wanted to wait a full year before I reviewed them. In the early…read moredays I was very back and forth on if I liked them. My main complaint, which is absolutely still the case, is communication. We don't really hear many updates via email, even important ones like staff changes. We definitely got the email about the rates going up though! I'm still not sure why daycare is so expensive considering they don't pay their workers a living wage, which truly does make me sad. Most of the teachers have been great! There's a couple who I really loved and a couple who were less communicative and so I felt less comfortable with them. I clearly appreciate good communication. They're on the remind app, so that's good IF you get a teacher in your classroom who's good at sending you updates and messages, I do feel like it should be a requirement for every teacher to be active on here. I get their main job is to watch the kids, but radio silence for important things (like your kid getting bit) would be nice to know about. For those of you who are high tech there's no video feed or daily pics. I get the occasional group pic, but that's it. I do feel bad their outdoor play area seems so sad and barren. The sun beats down on it during the day which I don't think is good for teachers and kids. They claimed to be updating it this summer but so far I have seen nothing updated. The classrooms seem clean-ish. I feel like it's probably an uphill battle with dirty little kids, but it is by no means pristine or even well organized looking. I guess what I'm trying to say is if you're SUPER particular about the things I've mentioned this might not be the daycare for you. I will say I do at this point feel he's safe while he's there. I appreciate some of the very kind teachers who I felt truly cared for my son. I wish the communication would get better and the outdoor play area would be improved, but overall I'm okay with him being here. Sometimes I feel like if you're not rich and can't pay top dollar for fancy daycares, you have to weigh the good and bad for the more "affordable" options.
