Great people at the Golf Cart Company from the receptionist, to the salesman (Joe) and last but not least, the delivery man Steve who brought my new golf cart out to my house. I bought a completely refurbished electric club car (I named the Lolita Express) and could not be happier with the results. The seats are so plush and soft that I wish they were in my car! It is so quiet I cannot tell it is on till we start moving. New canopy, wheels, chassis, windshield, mirrors and charger. It is beautiful and came with a warranty which I liked. Been out riding every day exploring the neighborhood and I love it. Would highly recommend The Golf Cart Company if you are looking for a new or refurbished cart. They will take really good care of you! I would recommend that this YELP website be updated as multiple tries to upload a photo appeared to be successful but were not. They were jpg. WOW - that is all I can say about this place. They are excellent to deal with! I had them pick up my older 2005 cart to be serviced. Unfortunately while it was there, through no fault of theirs, it was involved in an accident. They were exceptional with dealing with the situation and did everything to make a bad situation right. So much so that I ended up just buying a new cart from them. They say they are focused on honesty, integrity, and reliability. I can tell you that they really are. Every member of the staff that I talked with in person or on the phone were a true pleasure. Sam and Todd at the Eustis location are great to work with. If you're renting a cart from them, DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. They use a booking processing company that charges a $30 'service' or convenience fee. However, nowhere on their website does it say anything about this fee for on-line bookings, how much it is, or anything. It only says service fees are non-refundable, but nothing else. Call and book direct if you must use them. They ended up cancelling my reservation (wanted me to go through the resort I'm staying at), but would not refund the service fee. I understand it is the on line booking company that is pocketing the $, but the Golf Cart Company should CLEARY outline the $30 service fee for on line bookings and that you can save the service fee by calling directly. Oh, and BTW, one page on their site has lower per-week prices than the booking page. So you think you're getting it for $25 less per week, but when you book it, they charge $25 more. The person I talked to said she doesn't have anything to do with the website. After we use the cart, I'll update this if there is any other issue that comes up. But until they get their website updated (on hidden fees and pricing), I'd go with someone else that has clear costs, etc. and doesn't sneak in a $30 non-refundable fee. Good service, easy to schedule rental, convenient location. In and out in minutes. Four stars because I just don't like this cart. Maybe we were spoiled last year with the cart that came with our rental but this thing is loud, bogs down for short spurts and even with the covers down, snapped and zipped it is windy and cold inside when driving in cool temperatures. read more

They sold me a cart with a defective motor which I had to have rebuilt a month after the warranty ran out for 500.00. They would do nothing for me. I would have been satisfied with them reimbursing me half of the bill but they refused to do anything. Stay away from this company. They don't stand by their carts. read more
