Within 1-2 days after I purchased Good Feet's arch supports system, my increasing pain/discomfort in my left foot, which had severely limited any 'exercise' walking, was gone! I have a history of Morton's neuromas, 2 surgeries on one foot, and even with walking slowly (2.5 mph), I couldn't get thru a day w/o discomfort, nor sleep thru the night anymore. I also couldn't face another surgery and a long recovery, so I decided to try Good Feet. After a series of questions from Hunter, and his measuring the pressure areas of both feet in order to 'customize' the fitting of my soles, I was offered several choices for their 'arch support systems'. I started using them that first day, and had virtually instant relief. A month later and my foot still doesn't bother me at all when doing any walking, or sleeping, as long as I use the 3 'prescribed' arch supports every day. One for during an average day's walking (wearing slip-ons to sandals), one for exercise walking (tennis shoes), and one for around the house in my slippers. I absolutely recommend trying this product first, before you resort to an invasive medical 'solution', that can be even more costly in either lost time, and/or out-of-pocket expenses. Although you can't deduct the cost of this from your annual 'health care' expenditures, and this is not inexpensive, it does offer warranties, and it may offer you real relief with little effort, for a lifetime. 11/13/21: RECOMMEND! I limped in here after a 10-miler and because of a TV commercial. I exercise anywhere from 5 miles up to 10 miles daily, yet I require special shoes & accessories to walk.. This store is an alternative solution to my VA Hospital custom made insoles and orthopedic shoes. Matt at The Good Feet Store was Excellent in addressing my bad feet. The Good Feet Store had more people in it than I expected (good thing). Just be ready to spend $$$$ on your precious feet to carry you through. Parking lot is shared with a bridal store,a phone store, cannabis dispensary, restaurant and alcohol package store so be prepared for heavy traffic in the area on a weekend. Nice office , attentive staff. I must say that it's not custom fit insoles but personally fitted which basically means they will measure your feet and give you one of their premade insoles. I did buy one pair for my son at close to $600 but in retrospect it was just another insole , very similar to all others and this one was just plain saw plastic. One can buy three sets as part of a three step program at $1300. In conclusion and in my personal opinion they are way overpriced and whether the inserts bought from the podiatry office at $60 are any different , is up for debate. read more

Walked in and described my persistent foot pain. He asked me to step on a device that supposedly made an imprint showing the foot's pressure points. He then brought inserts which made an audible noise when I walked. I complained and he suggested putting the inner sole above the inserts. You could still hear the popping sound. He assured me it would go away. I then chose a pair of Brooks shoes. The inserts were about $135. They have been useless However the receipt says they can't be returned because inserts are regulated by federal law. I'm a lawyer. I defy Good Feet to point to the regulations that prevent these types of inserts from being returnable. Useless information from seller. Very poor product. Buyer beware. read more

I've had Good Feet inserts for years. I drove 4 hours yesterday to go to the store and get some new insoles (just the rubber protector that goes over the insert). My husband and I felt shamed that we walked into the store without an appt. I told the woman that I just wanted new insoles...."it's a process, we have to evaluate and fit you". "For the black things???" So we sat for about 40 minutes an a very nice lady rushed to take care of us and said, just call and we'll take care of this on line. "You should not have had to drive here or wait". Sorry I didn't get anyone's name but the older lady with shoulder length grey hiar...you know who you are. Customer service is what you do. As my brother said it was to soles that did the selling. My family and I suffer from heel pain. My brother and mom recently had knee surgery and I have back problems. Surprisingly these soles seem to help elevate the pain. And not to meant that the staff there was very helpful and patient working with us. Would definitely go back. read more

The service was super friendly and not having an appointment we only had to wait about 20 minutes so that was nice. Watch out for the pricing though, my husband was told for the 3 pack he'd get a discount and a pair of compression socks and another insert. He didn't ask any questions we paid and left, BUT upon checking the receipt we were charged $40 for the socks and $60 for the additional insert. So that was very disappointing. read more

I had a foot tendon injury and surgery about 10 years ago. Recently my foot started turning, wearing my regular shoes funny and making me turn my ankle again and mostly causing pain! I'm pretty sure it's not a coincidence that that same leg developed sciatica as I walked more crooked. Also had two falls! I went straight to the Good Feet Store from work a few weeks ago. Radio ads helped . Hurting so bad I took my shoes off! Great advice, got their full deal of three sized orthotics. One pair of shoes too, that were quite expensive but I needed a new pair for the OR. (You take in s new pair in the box and only use them with covers there) Those are actually the most comfortable! Not small and sexy but I'm past that point;) Would give them 5 stars except for sticker shock price and no insurance coverage. But Thank You!!! As an icu nurse, foot and back pain had nearly become an accepted part of life. As I considered leaving the profession because I never stopped hurting, a friend told me to check out this place. The staff was friendly and helped me to pick out supports that would help to better support my body. I won't lie, the first few weeks were rough. My feet hurt, my back hurt, even my knees were a little sore. I almost returned the supports but the sales staff convinced me to tough it out just a bit longer and I could not be more happy they did. After about a month, all the pain was gone. My posture was better and best of all, the foot pain was totally gone. I could not be more happy with the product. What a rip off! I feel stupid now that I spent a ridiculous amount of money on some inserts that were pulled out of a drawer. A stamp of my foot, a measurement - duh, I know what size I wear, then he pulls out a box of inserts in my obvious size and I fell for it. No regard to my one leg being longer than the other, no posture consideration, just a foot print. And what a hassle! You get only one of each insert - one hard, one medium and one soft insert. You have to rip out the bottom of your perfectly good shoes to put in their "customized" inserts. You have to take them out and insert in all the other shoes you wear during a normal day. Take them out of your gym shoes into your work shoes, out of work shoes then into your dog walking shoes, out then in to your dress up shoes, and then out and into slippers. I'm exhausted. Then there is ski boots, snow boots, sandals, garden shoes....Surely for $1000 you should get a couple of sets! I was desperate to reduce pain in back, hips, and knees so I spent One Thousand Dollars! No relief yet. I should have gone to my pediatrist for a real customized molded insert to MY foot and insurance will pay. Oh, and ZERO guarantee! They will only give you store credit if your not happy. read more

I'm a pharmacist. I work 12 hour-shifts most of the time. The first year when I started working I did not have proper shoes or shoe insoles. I was in so much pain, my ankles, knees, and back...hurt to the point that I could not fall asleep at night, sometimes I woke up in the middle of the night in tears. I have suffered with a nerve disorder for 20 years, and I have felt enormous relief since I purchased my inserts. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They took a lot of time showing me about how to use the orthotics. They explained the price structure several times, including before I even tried them on, so that there weren't any big surprises. I read a few negative reviews about the strict return policy, and I felt the staff was VERY CLEAR about it, and in fact asked me to sign the receipt verifying that i understood it. I found the salesperson to be very low-pressure; when I told them about my nerve condition, they said they wanted me to take my time and be sure that I thought I'd actually get relief before taking them home. They also didn't try to swindle me into more than I can afford, which is a problem I've encountered at other similar types of shops that deal with pain relief. They are a VERY EXPENSIVE RIP-OFF!! After months of trying these plastic lifts, they didn't do anything but make my feet sore and my back worse. Should have walked out when I learned they were nonrefundable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If they were that good then they would be glad to do returns. When I went to get the store credit they said they can't give me store credit after the 30 days. I really thought they would work with us on the store credit but they didn't budge. Went four months ago, doctors orders for Achilles Tendon pain. Met Michael terrible customer service. But my legs hurt so bad I thought I would give it a try, only wished I could have know I couldn't return them. Well 4 months later and my Achilles Tendon still hurt but on the brightside if I wear the Good Feet Support they make my heels and arches hurt so bad I forget about my Achilles Tendon pain.
