I contracted DS&Co. for their services in wedding planning, decor, floral arrangement and bouquet as well as having a wedding coordinator on the day of my wedding. The owner, Melanie, was who we dealt with seemed to be absent minded at times which got us worried. She was not focus on our wedding and wasn't able to price things out for us and had to ask her staff. We looked everywhere for some reviews but websites like Yelp were not popular back then. When we asked her if we can contact some of her previous clients, she declined and sent us only the good reviews that she has had via email. We took the risk and trusted her to have everything in order and was very disappointed when we realized that she was having a difficult time on our wedding day. She is not professional at all and we realized that she didn't write things down and was very disorganized. On our wedding day, our decor and floral arrangement was not set up properly and we later found out that she got into a dispute with the owners of the venue where we were getting married. Our wedding party, photographer and DJ all noticed that she was acting very unprofessional and asked us if they can help with anything. We paid quite a bit of money and felt that she left us short. We would not recommend anyone to her. We can't say that everything about this company is bad, her staff are amazing and really professional, so easy to talk to and are genuinely nice. If it wasn't for them, our wedding day would have been a disaster but it still managed to be one of the best moments for us, it was truly a day to remember. This company is still relatively new and I really wish them the best because they have so much potential to be great.

Entrees (lobster-stuffed sole, seafood linguine, and salmon baklava) were delicious! Special requests (one guest lactose intolerant) cheerily accommodated. Dessert needs to be rethought out. If it's not as good as your mains, just don't serve it. Strawberry shortcake was the worst I've ever had. A stale biscuit with some plain whipped cream and a few slices of fresh strawberries. Awful! Chocolate torte was take-it-or-leave-it. Disappointed that management didn't bother to acknowledge the fact that it was a special occasion dinner, even though they had plenty of advance notice.
