Chad has great equipment, always cleaned up the trash by the roadside (it's on Rt. 16, and a lot of people throw trash out the window, which ends up on my lawn) and was right there when I needed him. Each time he came by, it was done within an hour--and it looked great! After I accepted a new job in Texas, I needed regular lawn care while the house was on the market. We set up a schedule to cut the lawn with Chad. But on more than one occasion he pushed me off for a week--not because he was too busy, but because the lawn didn't need to be cut (because of cool weather and less than normal rainfall). He could have done it anyway, and charged me; I was 500 miles away--I wouldn't have known whether it needed it or not. But he was concerned about the cost to me, not lining his own pocket.
