Our appointment was during the holidays, so the cozy little house and front yard could have really been decorated and made to look like the owners of the spa really cared about the business and the complete overall customer experience. Sadly, though, the business looked run down and neglected, not a good first impression. Once entering the spa, it was a bit cluttered, but everyone was extremely nice, professional, and accommodating. Our massages were wonderful, although due to covid, we were in separate rooms and had to wear masks. Neither of which supported our original plans of a relaxing spa date. However, we both enjoyed our massages. The room I was in was beautiful, and the total environment was very relaxing for all the senses. My massage was wonderful, the masseuse was very knowledgeable and respectful. To sum things up, my husband and I loved the people and the service they provided. However, a lot was lost on appearance and branding. The employees seemed to want to make this appointment a "total experience" but forgot that that begins before you ever enter the building and before the massage ever begins.
