I have been to both locations. The newest location has some really cool props and secrets. (Can't say as I don't want to give away any hints) the rooms are awesome and fun! This is. a must go in Sioux city read more

We like to do something fun and adventurous when our adult children are all around. We were able to book a time slot online and pay ahead. We had one in our group who couldn't make it and they refunded the payment before we even left. Our room was lots of fun! Creatively Challenging! Thankful for the hints & clues the gal out front gave us though..all around great experience to share with the people you like most :) read more

Established in 2016.

We started our business today off with three different themed rooms on Glen Avenue. Two years later we moved to Floyd Blvd. downtown and set up three more innovative rooms, with space to add a fourth!

Meet the Business Owner: Sami G.

Hi! I was born and raised in Sioux City. My husband and I opened up The Greatest Escape when our twins were just one year old! We thought it would be an amazing thing to bring to our town. Since then, we have had another son and are fostering three daughters with plans to adopt! We also run a Heating and Cooling company! We are busy but we love being apart of this community and watching our fellow citizens support small businesses!

We went here as a family and had the best time. We did the pirate room and came back for the hostage room because we had so much fun. Our group was locked in a room and given an hour to solve the clues given to pass off the room. The decorations were amazing and the people working there was super helpful with giving clues when we needed them (you are allowed 3 clues). They were easy to reach with the walkie talkie they give you. We loved it and would highly recommend it! read more

This place is awesome!! It was my first time doing an escape room and it was way more fun than I expected it to be. The rooms are really well done with lots of clever clues and fun surprises. The group I was with did two of the three escape rooms and both were awesome. The owner is really friendly and really puts a lot of effort into making this a great experience. Definitely go and try this out. read more

I was a little nervous about going to something like this. I am a little claustrophobic and was worried about being trapped in a room for an hour! I feel so silly now!!!! There was nothing scary about my experience, in fact I've already booked another session next week. The staff was amazing and i Truly felt like I was spending quality time with my family!! 5 stars!!!! read more
