Poached Scotch egg wrapped in mince lightly fried then baked! Along with potatoes several links and thick cut bacon. Plus fresh bread toast and butter. Topped off with a large Flat White! Great Sunday breakfast and a wonderful local spot for hanging out. Lots of families here and so relaxed! I got here a little before 0800 and by the time I left the place was getting really busy. The cheese is melted just right, the sandwich is pressed beautifully, & the mustard - it's just right; not too much or too little. My partner's chimmichurri steak was to die for. The thick slab of meat that any lesser cook would have undercooked or burnt was a PERFECT medium. & the relish... Delectable. If you don't mind the traffic noise you do get a bit of a view across the road to Lake Macquarie. So far it's my go to place when I go down to the lake.
