I've visited at least fifteen dispensaries throughout Denver and my first visit to The Green Solution was impressive, to say the least. Great locale; conveniently located off the highway. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by a very knowledgeable receptionist that gave me a clear breakdown of how things worked once getting inside. After entering the actual dispensary, I waited for about 2 minutes before being greeted by a gentleman named Diego. He greeted me with "Hello, how would you like to experience your cannabis today"... which was an interesting & effective greeting. I expressed interest in concentrates & flower, and he showed me MANY different types of each. I was a bit overwhelmed at how large their selection is, but Diego sensed this and took his time with me. There were about ten different types of concentrates to choose from and about 12 flower choices. What really caught my attention was their "ground flower" and "small flower" selections. These offerings were right up my alley, and I was impressed with how GOOD the ground flower actually is. Diego explained to me that TGS did not sell shake, but ground flower due to how it was made. I can't get over how professional the store & staff was! Overall, I'd have to say that my experience at this location is the absolute best one that I've had so far. Was suggested to come check out this location from my usual TGS due to them having a plant viewing room. Did not disappoint! Day at the front desk was hilarious and had me pumped to get inside. My budtender Yaz was super friendly and let me take my time in the view room and smelling all of the smell jars. The plant view room is AMAZING!! I highly recommend going to see bud tender Michael Douglas at Green Solutions. I am a breast cancer survivor and during my treatment my doctor recommended I use a topical CBD salve with THC for my neuropathy. Michael recommend a salve and lotion and I have been using his recommended products every night on my feet. It has been a life saver. TGS has always been great for me when purchasing flower and concentrates. Never had to return anything I've gotten from them. The staff is always friendly and the managers are always there to help out when they're busy and they take their customer care seriously. I live too far from this location to visit regularly, but my friends at TGS Lakewood convinced me to check it out during its first month of business. The store is huge, the grow case is a cool feature, and the staff is pleasant. My only gripe with the Grape Street store is it's location, which seems conveniently close to I-70 but can make for quite an excursion if you live South of downtown. read more

Staff is very informed and professional and is patient/friendly while educating you and answering questions. The entire experience is efficient and relaxed. My only recommendation would be to slow down the cycling of new hybrids (once I've settled on a "favorite")...but I can see why others would want a steady stream of new products. They are rude about their program. they says its because of people like me double dipping that they no longer have the power to fix it. the tell you they have a customer support number to call.
