I moved to Denver from Chicago June 2018. TGS was close to my new place, clean, staff was friendly, it didn't look like a shady house with jars and edibles around, so I thought that's all that mattered. Unfortunately, TGS is all presentation and show, and it's not the worker's fault. They're all friendly, helpful, and personable every time I've been there. The product is what lets me down. At first I liked that it was pre-packaged, they weren't handling the buds, and it came in a nice, air tight package. It's great when maybe you're the first one there buying that strain - it sucks when you want an ounce and all they have is the pre-packaged 1/16ths and they send you home with 16 tiny pre-filled packages with tiny, half-dime-coin sized buds. Or when you open the package and the buds are dry and crumbly. TGS was my dispensary of choice for the last 6 months, but the service and product somehow seem to get worse every time I stop in (service meaning they seem under staffed - or I'm just lucky and always show up during a shift swap/breaks) and I've found better companies to spend my money on. read more

I can't decide if I should report this business for allowing their bus tenders to break all the cannabis laws. This time the gentleman did not just steal my personal info- (which they have full access to at all times plus the ability to change your info as they seem fit) No that would've been easy, he took my weed, conveniently left my bag wide open (illegal I believe too or at least break TGS rules) Accident? I thought so to until they treated me like I was crazy. I walk out but stay back a bit to see for myself, low and behold him and the cashier then crowd together laughing it up and joking in reference to "my idiot fool ass!" I have literally said I'm never shopping at TGS again and then give in assuming I'll one day get the fabulous service I came to love in 2011 when I first met Larry Ulibarry through your business's attention that made me a regular daily, sometimes twice a day shopper. I will not come back this time and I will inform everyone on my Facebook and every site I can review what awful, unprofessional thieves these people and this business really is. read more

A good selection of hard candy and baked treats and some drinks. Cleanliness Cleanest dispensers I have been in. Hands down. Customer service Everyone is nice and friendly when I come in. They take time to find out what I want and provide me with options. My best experience was: I bought some edibles from another location, one of which was moldy. I brought it to this store, they weren't able to exchange it, but the manager personally came out talked to me and apologized. He gave me a discount for my next visit, and called ahead to the store I actually bought it from, so when I showed up to that one I was quickly in and out. read more

The girl that is working right now as the manager is a complete fucking clown. I'm sick of of being fucking told about your bullshit "no questions" asked return policy and every time I try to use it I get fucking interrogated liked I committed a crime. Today they denied my return because Willy's 2 packs come with 2 joints and I only returned 1 mostly smoked joint. Let me give you a lesson for free. First off it doesn't matter if a 2 pack joint is returned with 1 joint or 2 joints. That is a single product no matter what. Maybe one joint smoked great and the other joint didn't. Guess what? You still get to return that one joint because it's apart of the product as a whole. Use your fucking brains. This is the 3rd time I have been harassed at this location!!! Great selection and customer service whether in-person or online! Can seem a bit pricier than other dispensaries but well worth the perks received from their loyalty/reward program and the ability to reserve orders online. In-store service is also great as the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside to shopping in-store as opposed to reserving product on the site is the possibility of standing in line which can be a bit annoying during busy hours. But I still gotta give 5 stars because this problem is easily remedied by going to their site, mygreensolution.com to reserve an order and have it ready in as little as 15 minutes. Simply pick it up and pay in cash at an "express" style window. I definitely don't mind paying a few extra bucks for convenience and peace of mind from knowing I'm going to get quality product. The people who work at this location give their all! The manager, Justina, works her butt off and wants the best for her customers AND employees. It is the off season and let's face it, this is retail... Expect less staff. If you're in a hurry, since The Green Solution is the first stop for out-of-towners, order online for faster in and out times. Much like fast food and to-go pick-ups, online ordering works the same way. Plus, currently ordering online saves you 20% automatically!! There is a $3.00 processing fee since it works like an ATM. Prices are a bit higher than some other dispensaries, but for the service and perks you get from their loyalty program, the few extra bucks are definitely worth it. Discounts and rewards come in handy when you're on a budget. There is the occasional line during busier hours but it usually moves quickly. To avoid the line, you can reserve product by getting on their website which is the absolute best thing about this place. Online, great descriptions and information make it simple to find exactly what you're looking for, then reserving it for pick-up at many different locations as quickly as 15 minutes after submitting your order. Just like at your everyday WalMart or budget grocery store, make sure you check EVERY stipulation on all of their "discounts". The only reason I even shopped today was to take advantage of their "Bowl Topper Special" (2.5 grams of Natural Trichomes for $2 when you spend over $50). Unfortunately, since I ordered a full Oz online, I went over my state-limit and was told I purchased TOO MUCH to take advantage of the special, and offered no form of compensation for the matter. I would expect nothing less from the Green Solution. I've been a Green Solution customer from the beginning and have never been dissatisfied. This new store is closer to home and the staff is really great. They all seem to know what they're talking about. The manager is a really cool guy, he's pretty fair when it comes to settling discretions. I over heard him settle a conflict with a nearby customer who wasn't pleased with the quality so he exchanged everything out no extra charge. I've been to places where they say too bad so sad! Always an Amazing experience when going there. My husband is usually the one that going inside but the few times I have gone in there it was always a good experience. Usually my husband does his shopping with Daniel D and he always comes home happy and excited with the new items that he has purchased. Today was my very first trip to any marijuana dispensary. I found myself extremely lucky to have been paired with a bud tender named Caitlin who spent over an hour holding my hand and educating me through the overwhelming process. I ended up purchasing oil cartridges which Caitlin personally checked to make sure non of the cartridges we're defective before I left the store. The staff here is so awesome and knowledgeable and patient with my families millions of questions.
