We do not have an elevator. I am disabled and obese so I understand the struggle of carrying things up these stairs, however, the company states they are flexible and therefore should work with potential customers interested in their services. I would have paid extra, or helped the employees carry up items, if it really was an issue but the owner did not give me that opportunity. They just stated "three flights is a long way to carry cleaning supplies...." Do you only clean one story homes? What about two story homes? Why is one more floor an ultimate disqualification? You are climbing two stories, what is one more? You are refusing service to a disabled individual because of something they have no control over. I have booked with another company that said my location is "not a problem!"

From the easy quote via phone to the home visit (for estimate) to the awesome first cleaning (note that the initial cleaning will take longer than regular biweekly cleanings), I'm grateful to have these ladies on my team! They're thorough and meticulous, and treat your house with respect and care. Their method is go from "top to bottom" and though they literally start upstairs, they really mean from, say, dusting the top of the blinds to the floor. They use green products (though they will use Clorox in the bathrooms, for example, if you request that) and the right products for the respective surfaces (e.g., wood floors, quartz counters, leather sets, etc.). It was wonderful to step into an immaculate house, where it looked and smelled clean, and Jackee has been so responsive from the beginning -- she even texted me after they were done and asked if I had anything to critique. Hint: there was nothing. (They even helped give my giant package to the UPS delivery person who came by during the time they were cleaning... talk about wow!) I am looking forward to many future Mondays of an exceptionally clean home; working with them is one of the best decisions we've made in a while. I'd highly recommend them!

In an attempt to help ease the difficulties she now faces alone we decided to have Queen Bee come in and do a cleaning. The day of the first cleaning I was greeted by two very polite and professional young women, Aaliyah and Mia, they came in and talked with us about their plan of attack, and asked if we had any areas that we felt may need extra attention. As they went to work we relaxed and watched tv while they proceeded for hours, scrubbing and deep cleaning EVERYTHING, I was completely blown away, they're sheer attention to detail alone showed top tier skills. I asked a few questions here and there which they happily answered, setting us at ease. They left no stone unturned, were thorough, and left us extremely impressed, and beyond that they made my mother feel comfortable and totally at ease. So, would I recommend them?...Absolutely!! I had to send Mary a…read morecalendar with specific dates and tell her what I would like done in my home cost was $352 a week when I arrived there was sand under the beds and under all of the furniture, the wall behind the bathroom sink was not wiped down and there was toothpaste on it. I did call Mary and she was going to send the woman back to vacuum, but we had already moved in yet. There was no change made to payment nor apology. The cleaners were there for the next weekend there was a mixup with a renter and Mary told the cleaning people to leave and not clean the home even when I said to her, I would take care of it. We were charged the full price and no work was done. The time was supposed to be 11 it was 11:05 when she called me to say that they were leaving, she then called me a liar because she said that one side of my home with not renters but my family. It doesn't matter who's on the side every week there were different people. Prior to this weekend she let me know that she wouldn't be cleaning my house anymore because she had a change in staffing. Now in the middle of the season, I have to find a new cleaning person. My experience with queen bee has been terrible so please if you decide to use them be very specific and get something in writing.
