Staff are treated as disposable, which explains the constant high turnover. There are serious concerns about internal conduct, including ongoing issues with theft and drug use among employees, along with a deeply dysfunctional "family-run" dynamic that only makes things worse. Leadership shows a clear lack of accountability and basic respect for others. On top of that, the business does not consistently follow OLCC compliance standards, which is a major red flag. Overall, this is not a company that values integrity, professionalism, or people--and it shows in every aspect of how it operates.
