I called their gift shop and told them I didn't want your average FTD arrangement, and asked if I could get picky with flowers and vase selection. She hooked me up with Barbara who does all the arrangements for them. First, she is just lovely. Easy to talk to and has a wonderful warmth about her. As soon as I began telling her the flowers I wanted to see in the arrangement and the type of vase, she "got it". She knew exactly what I was talking about. I wanted something classy and elegant. Not only did she create this amazingly beautiful arrangement, but she also worked within my narrow window of time. I thought my sister was going to be there another week, but found out (after I placed the order with Barbara), that my sister was going to be released the next day. So Barbara to the rescue! She made sure the arrangement was there by 10:00 am and my sister got to also enjoy taking them to her home. As you can see from the photos, Barbara does exquisite work. This is a French inspired floral arrangement that I absolutely love. If you don't use her creative skills for your next event, you will regret it. She's got an eye for sophistication, beauty and elegance.

I called and they refunded my money and sent the flowers (which is why I gave them the one star) I used them again. I asked to put a bright and nice birthday arrangement for around $75. This time they delivered but it was hideous. It was two red roses, a white hydrangea, a bird of paradise and some filler flowers. Nothing, I mean absolutely nothing matches. It was a disgrace.
