So I went to see if they wanted them but they told me that they needed to be washed first. This was understandable so I went and had them dry cleaned and dropped them off which cost me $100. They told me that I had to come pick them up before the 90 days were up. So I went to see what was sold and what wasn't. To my surprise they had only sold one of my dresses, and returned only two. In all I lost 7 dresses which they told me we're "donated" before the given time. I was furious, but I didn't want to blow it out of proportion , so I swallowed my anger. I recently went to the store and saw my dresses were still on sale. These people are disgusting and use underhanded business tactics and if you have an option to not come near this place. On top of that the employees had a terrible attitude the whole time and acted towards me as if I were going to steal at any moment. They sell used clothes not glass chandeliers.

Buyer beware. The only reason we went to Men's Warehouse was because they did altercations. The…read moreservice in store was less than satisfactory. There were two workers and of course, the one helping us was slow and she was found sitting on the job. Always go to the sale rack because the employees will always direct you to the higher-priced items first which are way overpriced. The alterations were done and for the pants was told that they would cut the material but instead, they just hemmed, which I could have done myself. The altercations cost more than the jacket and pants. I will give them credit because they called and had the suite ready to go for a memorial service. Don't expect to rush in and make a purchase. Give yourself several hours due to the slow service, and this is also for when picking up after alterations are done.
