Fleas tics and was in bad shape. I called around to try and find a groomer to immediately get this poor dog in, and to get all of his mats taken off of him. We were only 15 minutes away from Starbarks and they said to bring our Rusty in and they would take a look at him. Fortunately for us their 1:00 appointment was a no show and we were able to get him in. There were literally times it took all three of us - my husband, Melissa, and me - working together to hold her still long enough to trim her and wash her, but Melissa got it done. The inside part is climate controlled. If your 4 legger is hanging out inside their kennel, they can't see the other dog but if they go outside they can see the other dogs. There's also a large and a medium play area for them to check out. My dog is a little spoiled and wouldn't eat at first, in an attempt to get her to eat they hand fed her fried chicken. After a few days she started getting into a routine. After a couple of days, I was really missing her and texted Blair, who sent me a little video of my pup. This put me at ease because I could see she was being well taken care of. A big shout out to everyone at BowWow. It's nice to have a place close to home if I need to leave my girl for a night or two.
