I contracted them in late summer to do snow removal for my home business. They came by to quote and I explained to them what areas needed to be plowed/shoveled. I have a back injury so can no longer safely do this myself. First snowfall of the year - one guy showed up, plowed half of the driveway, didn't touch the sidewalks and left. Next day, more snow, no one shows up. Then I get a bill for their services! Finally the boss responded and apologized, said there was a mixup and they would do the rest of the month at no charge. Since then every time it snows, no one shows up. I email, I text, I call and every time he says "oh ya, you're on the list, I'll send someone". But he never does. This is beyond frustrating, it's disrupting my business and causing further injury. Stay far away from this company! read more

Established in 2000.

With a background in Golf Course Maintenance and Management, Mike & Ray Riva started operations in 2000 focusing on Golf Course Maintenance Services. In 2007, services were expanded to include Landscape Maintenance Services, with a concentration in larger area turf maintenance. In 2012 we joined the Grounds Guys, which started as a family landscape company in Ontario and has now grown to a North American wide service provider. The family values which attracted us to the group continue to be the basis of the service we provide
