I'm only guessing that the haas avacados don't make it all the way out here, so what they get is stretched. The bacon is limper, fattier, and doesn't have that wholesome smoke flavor. It feels like a collab between Mozart and Dolce & Gabbana and they went and created this space that's out of this world from another era. Surrounded by flowers, fruits, candles with classical music blasting - you're instantly somewhere you've never been before - some kind of movie scene from a different era. The cocktails: sadly nothing to go home raving about - they're also on the pricier side. BUT WHO CARES. That's not what I was there to experience. Being in this space truly made me emotional and feel what they wanted us to feel when you're there. Please respect their policy of not taking photos, it's what makes this place extra special. Be sure to check out the really cool bathrooms and the rest of the house upstairs showcasing Mallorcan architecture and furniture, rugs, and pieces from the era. Very cool experience absolutely worth it.
