We started the process in the middle of September 2025, the case was filed October 7, 2025, and my debts were successfully discharged in Federal Bankruptcy Court in January 2026 (3 months after filing). I recently made the last payment on my payment plan. Their work and dedication led me to have complete confidence in Ms. Eliot and her team. I learned to truly trust them. In the beginning, I was dealing with two of their paralegals, Austin Price and Kylie. The paralegals handle the "intake", where they gather all of your information for the court filing. There is a lot of information they have to gather from you - hours of work, spread across several days. I had the most contact with Austin. He was right on top of things, and returned almost all emails and phone calls in under an hour (sometimes in a few minutes). If I called and Kylie answered the phone, she was able to jump in and answer very specific questions, like my case was hers all along. I saw teamwork everywhere. Ms. Eliot got involved in the final review of the bankruptcy petition to be filed with the court, and after the case was filed. She was super professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to explain things that needed explanation. I quickly developed complete trust in Ms. Eliot. The payment plan that they offer was the best arrangement that was offered to me by any law firm I called. There was a small down payment that I had to pay to get started, and then it was $230 a month for 8 months. Those numbers included court costs. Total $2000. About 3 weeks after starting the process, they filed the bankruptcy petition with the court and immediately emailed me the case number. You can track federal cases in the PACER system, and yes, I was able to see my case. The phone calls and emails from creditors stopped in just a couple of days. They emailed me updates as they came in, like for example the date and time of the online "341 meeting" with the creditors. Myself and Ms. Eliot attended and she stayed on the video call afterwards, to answer my questions. The whole experience of working with this firm was phenomenal. If we hadn't paid for the certificates upfront, we would have canceled services after the 2nd cleaning. They rescheduled 5 times out of 6 cleanings. This was a huge inconvenience as I scheduled to be home around the cleanings. They had cleaners who I caught dusting with the same rag they used to mop the floor (but she admitted she rinsed it out in the sink she already cleaned before using it to dust). GROSS! Our certificates were for 3 hour cleanings. Not one group could clean the same areas within the 3 hours, so it was impossible to manage expectations for the cleaning. Very frustrating! They would send 3 cleaners, cleaning one hour a piece (which was fine), but when one cleaner was done, they just sat around or chatted with others and didn't use the rest of their hour to clean other areas. So a lot of the house was left not cleaned after the 3 hour limit. They have a decent customer service team, but I suppose they have to when they have such terrible service. I hope they treat their regular clients better than they treated us.

She also took the time to look at a document that was deficient in a writing several years prior. Immediately we had her redo the important documents and set up an additional meeting.
