The customer service from this business is absolutely horrible. The only thing done in a timely…read moremanner was an initial quote. When we were ready to go ahead with the project we could not get in touch with our estimator. Eventually we found out he had taken parental leave. He never ended up coming back and no one returned our calls or messages for five months. At that time a new estimator took the project on, and between that time and installation it went ok. But once the fence was installed we noticed a couple of issues with gates not closing properly (or at all) which we consider to be serious because it's a pool fence and needs to be secure, and contacted the owner. We paid the full amount within two weeks of installation, however they have not addressed the issues, they do not return calls, when we are able to get in touch with them they give multiple excuses for why they have not come to fix the gates, they say they will contact us and don't. We regret very much paying the bill and will not be recommending this company to anyone.

The communication as to why worked stopped or when it would start again was insufficient. The site was left in a mess when they were not working, causing me to break my foot. The bill was paid in January, but there is still some minor work not finished, and I cannot get a response from the business as to when the work will be finished.
