I've been a member for a few months and so far I've been impressed with what they have to offer at The Gym. I defected here from Fit4Less mainly because The Gym is open 24 hours, but it's cheaper too which is an added bonus. It's brand new so everything is shiny. Set over two floors so there is plenty of room for a ton of equipment. The mix between cardio and resistance machines is about 50/50, there is also a free weights area and upstairs they have a kind of studio area. They have a pretty comprehensive timetable of classes which are included in the cost of your membership. I've been to a few and the instructors are friendly and motivational without being like a drill sergeant. Decent sized free car park. It gets full at peak times but there is overflow parking available close by. read more

Good gym at least it's got windows which is more than hi Wycombe can say. Not as big as Bournemouth or Liverpool . but it's good light very clean as all this group are . Very bizzy to night but ok . Not got as much stuff as some other gym groups read more

I've been a member of the gym for 1 yer, thus in the last months wasn't so nice going here as the classes held in the pick hours makes the top floor exercise area not usable; a member of the staff that was having classes ask me in a rude way to go somewhere else, then made a complain on my name a being agresive and dangerous as I kicked my exercise ball in the opposite side of him....got a warning e-mail from the gym that "I was again having a wrong behavior" (again?! when was other time?!?)...of course as they accuse me of things I didnt do and as they were rude and don't care of member's comfort I cancelled my membership....hate it! read more

Ive been a Member since the Gym opened only started going properly the last few month, on the open day I spoke to a member of staff regarding parking as looked limited for the size of the Gym and was informed along with many other members that we can park in the Business Park next door as the landlord of the gym owns the Gym land and the Business park as long as after 5.30pm Mon to Fri, to my horror I received a parking ticket along with many other members for £100 even though the building I parked at was actually empty to Let, I spoke to the Gym and was told they would appeal on my behalf, to then be told that they cant do anything even though they told people they could park in the business park, shocking customer services, needless to say i will be terminating my membership. read more
