This is a crazy nice gym! I work all over the country and have been to many weightlifting gyms and this is one of the better ones. They don't have all the equipment but they definitely have more than enough to get a great workout in. It's very clean and well kept. They have nice showers and provide you with towels. They have 3 solo saunas upstairs, a lot of equipment on the second floor and the bottom level has free weights. Great gym, wish I could have more while I was in town read more

This is a 3 story gym with all the equipment free weights and machines you could think of. It's extremely clean and well maintained. There are also multiple FAR Infrared saunas, a red light bed, and a tanning bed. It's a mom and pop gym and the owners are absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this place and can't believe it doesn't have any reviews! read more
