I have been going now for a bit over a month, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I tend to go between 5:45am and 7:45am, and every time, there is available space in the lockers, the equipment is good to use, and no issues. Last week I had a mobile phone stolen from a locker. I did use a 4 dial combination padlock, which was better quality than the ones they sell themselves. Some of you will say I was silly to leave any valuables in the locker, but this is not what I want to complain about. I have contacted the headoffice and was told I should report the matter to the police and that the local gym will contact me shortly. I have reported the incident to the police straight away and several hours later I have called the headoffice again asking why noone has contacted me yet. This time I was told that the management of the Luton branch is in the meeting, but I should hear from them within next 2 days. Guess what - noone called me. I then called the headoffice again yesterday complaining again that they do not treat this matter seriously and tghat noone has called me. I was again told that I will get a phone call before the end of the day and I am still waiting. Needless to say that they are simply not interested in this issue. I would have thought that a theft incident will be treated with adequate attention and that they will keep me informed. None of this happened. I have made a decision that I will cancel my membership before this month expires as I do not want to use this gym due to their customer service standards. There are different gyms in Luton which I can go to and I am sure their standards will be a lot better. read more

Very much disappointed, feeling very annoyed. I booked the Personnel Trainer on 14 at 20:00 one day before I got the confirmation text as well. when I went there one of their member saying that there was no Personnel Trainer today after explaining myself to him he said 1000% THEGYMGROUP have sent me the cancellation email after came back home I checked my email.
