Well after calling the Salon, owner Angela returned my call promptly and set me up with an appointment same day. Upon arriving I met Angela who is a very nice woman. I got right into the chair and she gave me the best haircut I've had in years! I finished up and asked what I owed her and her fee was way beyond fair and cheaper than any (lousy) haircut I've received in years! After…read morefinding Sadie on Facebook and falling in love with her beautiful blonde hair, I decided to drive 40 minutes to have her do my hair. I booked my appointment many weeks in advance and put down a $50 deposit to hold my appointment since I was a new client. The salon was cute and I loved the fact that I was supporting a young business owner. I'm a natural blonde with very light hair and I usually have to have darker/light brown put into my hair to make the ashy blonde that I desire, pop. Sadie put way too much dark in my hair, streaks of almost black pieces. My entire head of hair was darker then when I came into the salon. My coworkers and friends asked why my hair was so dark because they knew what I was going in for. Unfortunately I had to be completely honest with them and tell them how unhappy I was. I get my hair done once a year and am so unhappy with how it turned out. With the bright LED lights in the salon, it looked a little lighter than in the natural light and I gave a large tip that I fully regret. I contacted Sadie after a few days and a couple washes to my hair to tell her how I felt and to see if there was anything we could do. She was nice to offer to come back in TWO months to get a few foils to lighten it. When I responded to get on the schedule and make it happen, she never replied and that was now over two weeks ago. She even posted on her Facebook page with openings earlier than what she texted me weeks prior. I've gone to a few hair salons and reached out to some hair stylists I know to get a second opinion and they all have said the same thing: the color is completely different then what I wanted and they can see where she went wrong. I've attached 2 pictures of what I showed from Pinterest and 1 of what my hair turned out to be. After looking at more photos of other clients she's done, I see everyone has the same similar color put into their hair. Before booking, be sure this is the color and style that is right for you. I'm sure after years of experience, this salon and stylist will become better and I can only wish her the best of luck.

She said she had a lot of seagull poop to clean off. Told me to go on in. I was the only customer. The place was quit a mess. She came in, and wearing the same apron approached me to cut my hair. She did not have a mask. I told her, "No mask" "No Business." and walked out. State does have a mandate requiring masks in public places and places of business. I was also very put out by her not changing her apron. It is places like this that will cause the return to shut downs.
