I have been going to Hairworks in Drayton since April 2007. Thank goodness I found this place when I did! My daughter has curly hair and Mel knew exactly what to do and how to cut her hair. The staff are always helpful, friendly, polite and always willing to offer what's best for you and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I also have my haircut there as well and to be perfectly honest I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. If Mel is not happy with the slightest detail he will sort it. If you ask me this guy is a dying breed, its his own business and he deeply cares about and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer contact, fantastic haircuts and beautifully styled. My daughter is 15 years old now and I absolutely trust Mel's suggestions, after all he knows what he's talking about as he has been in the business for a long while. My daughter is having her hair styled this afternoon by Vicky for her prom. Must say looking forward to it after the trial. Vicky is a very patient young lady and is enhancing Mel's already good reputation. This is a true rating from an absolutely genuine customer who is more than satisfied with Hairworks.
